The second story renovation is completed to paint stage on his older home built in 1919!! Another successful job by Python Contracting! The goal was to maintain the character of the old house. So we made most of our own trim to match what was in there before. Most of the windows were vinyl but we built our own sealed unit for the sitting room. The second level was riddled with mold and mildew due to the roof leaking over the years. We completely stripped all walls and ceilings. Removed all lathe and old insulation. Sprayed it down and put it back together. Insulation and vapor barrier, took out angled ceiling in bathroom and framed in a flat ceiling, drywall, new windows, new casings and base boards, tiling, and cedar siding repairs! Great job boys!
