St. Michael School Council

Every year we donate 1 bike to both elementary schools in Ridgetown to be drawn however the schools decide. The bike can be returned to Carter's Home Hardware for a different size/colour. Congrats to this year's winners!

We made this Foodland recipe and it is yummy! Grilled Fruit Skewers with Habanero Carmel Sauce. •2 tbsp Compliments Butter, melted •1/2 cup sugar •1/4 cup 35% whipping cream •3 tbsp Sensations by Compliments Spirited Mickie Tequila Lime Habanero BBQ Sauce •2 mangos, peeled cut into large chunks •1/2 papaya, peeled cut in into large chunks •1/2 pineapple peeled cut into large chunks •2 kiwi sliced •1 cup strawberries •8 wooden skewers ,soaked 1. Melt butter and sugar in medium saucepan over medium heat. When sugar is dissolved increase heat to medium-high. Stir in whipping cream and BBQ sauce. Boil for 3 to 5 min, until thickened. Cool slightly. 2. Meanwhile, alternately thread the fruit cubes onto skewers. 3. Place skewers on grill preheated medium-high heat. Cook 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until fruit is lightly golden and marked.
