Chelsey and Jay Adler are going to take it from here. It has been my pleasure to meet with all the wonderful dog and cat owners over the past 6 years. Jamie works locally as a healthcare professional and is really excited to be offering our Curvy Revy Series. Curvy Revy is an 8 week series open to both men and women who want to integrate a yoga practise into their lives. You can expect to learn and enjoy breathing techniques (pranayama), experience more comfort and better alignment in your yoga postures (asana), make new friends and develop a safe and effective beginner practise.
