Exciting things in our future here at Genetics Fitness.... - soon to offer wifi for our members! Yeey! (password to change monthly so get the password at the office) - soon to offer an additional 3000 square feet below our current location - have some new equipment in like a bosu ball, a 35lb bar, some 8 and 12lb dumbbells, a deluxe wooden wobble board, and a sled harness We will list new items to be purchased for our extension soon. If you want to see them/use them, or have additional items you'd like to see in our gym, you're just gonna have to drop by! 😁

On May 2nd, we met with the Governing Council of the Metlakatla First Nation to present this Shaman mask as a token of our respect - signifying our prayers and well wishes for prosperity and good fortune for their Nation.
