Join Certified Chocolate Makers Gabrielle & Peter of Petite Patrie Chocolate (Canning, Nova Scotia) for an in-depth look at the history and biology of bean-to-bar chocolate making. They will teach you how to expertly taste chocolate, and share with you some of their delicious bars. You will also have the opportunity to pair wines with the chocolate and learn how the flavours can compliment each other.
