Professional live theatre since 1978 The Port Stanley Festival Theatre is a 202 seat theatre located in the former Town Hall building on the North Shore of beautiful Lake Erie in Port Stanley, Ontario. Our mandate is to produce appealing summer theatre that highlights Canadian works in drama, comedy and musical-comedy, along with other celebrated works. Live theatre performances produced by PSFT are shown from May to September. Outside productions such as concerts, plays and tributes grace our stage in the off season from October to April.

Each year the Port Stanley Festival Theatre reaches out to the community of Port Stanley and kindly asks members to open their doors to actors and crew-members temporarily joining us for the summer season. This helps to reduce the financial strain on actors and staff requiring temporary lodging. The Port Stanley Festival Theatre is one of few theatre that offer this benefit, helping us to attract great talent for an amazing season. It provides a "home away from home" welcome, helping one to feel like part of a community. When an individual feels comfortable with their surroundings they can perform at their best. Billeting is a great opportunity to forge new friendships. We offer incentives to show gratitude for your support: Seasons tickets, party at G.T.'s, gift certificate and tax receipts.
