Emmanuella, BSC, MIAS and People Map ™ trainer, has always believed that youth and young adult, and especially young women, must be adequately supported by their family and their community thus enabling them to navigate through their adolescence into their adulthood adequately. She has therefore set up a service which aims to consult, mentor, support youth 12 to 25 years, families, and organizations through different programs.
The multidisciplinary team is committed to provide their clients with adequate customized tools and strategies to set personal goals (each specific to their own personalities and skill set). We use the People Map Questionnaire to help each individual discover their personality traits whether(Leader, Free-Spirit, Task or People) in order to recognized their Achilles Hell (weaknesses).
During the journey, we encourage our clients to find their voice and their path. Our programs help them gain self-confidence and allows them to express their needs, recognize that they are experts in regard to their own well-being and to alter their behavior in a positive way.
We also offer consulting and support services to schools , and other organizations like small businesses owner for whom transforming interpersonal relationships, communication and collaboration is a priority.
