Sensei Reg Shaw won gold in Senior Men's Kumite. It did not come without a lot of hard work and a LOT of PAIN. Watch this video clip of him sparring and you will see Reg receive a kick that is every man's nightmare.
Sensei Reg Shaw won double gold at the fall National Tournament held Saturday November 18th at the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre in Toronto. First place in Senior Men's Kata and Senior Men's Kumite. Congratulations Reg!
