Calling 14-18 year old players! Mavs co-ed house league programs are a great way to both develop your skills and play games against your peers. With about 1/3 instruction and 2/3 game-play, you'll improve your techniques and have fun doing it. We have house league programs at St Joseph CHS in Barrhaven (hurry this program is almost sold out!), Louis Riel ESP in Gloucester East on Wednesdays and Kanata Highlands PS on Tuesdays. For those of you with more advanced skills, we are offering a City League program at Notre Dame CHS in Ottawa-Nepean on Tuesdays. You're never to young to start playing and learning the beautiful game of volleyball!. Young Mavs is once again offering Smashball for boys and girls aged 7-10. This exciting developmental game is based on the 3 pillars of volleyball feel, movement and FUN! Kids will learn team concepts with the added bonus of SMASHing the ball with each rally. Sunday Fall programs are being offered at Glebe Collegiate and AY Jackson HS. Registration is OPEN.
