Well with the warmer weather comes issues with temperature changes in your fridge and freezer. Some food for thought when booking or asking about a service call. First things to ask yourself when questioning about the cost of the diagnostics is " would you go to work for free?" Its a simple question and I'm sure most if not all would say ummm NO. So when questioning if we do diagnostics for free is a no. The quality of a service call is having a respectful and honest repairman to come and explain to you what is wrong with your appliance and what is involved in fixing it. Yes the costs seems high but when you factor in the time and energy and the cost of gas etc. you then realize ah ok seems fair. Our company is a small family run company and we pride ourselves on being fair to you the customer and would never once take away from that. If we think that the costs of the repairs far out ways the cost of replacing it we are going to be honest with you on that and not want to see you spend and extreme amount of money on a repair when it really isn't a good idea. Obviously the choice is always yours and yes there is still that service call fee that does need to be paid. Its a catch twenty two no matter what. Sometimes its a easy fix and its nothing more than a service call but sometimes its not. We only charge a flat rate service fee which also includes if the tech has to return on a second or even there is the rare occasion a third visit unless its a changing a tubs on a unit which then takes a few hours. But all that is explained prior to the repair. Your given a 90 day warranty as well which not alot of companies will offer. Please understand you matter to us and we will offer you the best possible service ever.
So the tip of the day is always remember to clean the outside vent to your dryer. If for some reason there isn't as much heat and taking to long check your venting outside your home to make sure that there is air coming out and that the vent is not clogged. Its always a good thing to check prior to calling a repairman and paying a service call when its a simple fix. Helping people, customer satisfaction and saving people money is what we aim to do.
