The farm is centrally located to Oakville, Mississauga, Milton, and Hamilton.  We operate an upfront and honest facility, where the focus is on the well-being and accomplishments of the horse and rider. We take pride in the quality of care given to our animals. We use the best people in the industry when it comes to farriers, veterinarians, and support staff, to give our horse and rider teams an advantage on the competition.  At Paladin Ridge we genuinely care about our customers and go above and beyond to provide the best standard of care and customer service.

Head Trainer Justin Pope has used his diverse equestrian background with over 20 years of experience in creating a Hunter, Jumper, Equitation and Dressage training and sales facility, home to some of the provinces best rider and horse combinations in their respective competition divisions. Justin takes on training of young horses offering backing, introductory and elementary level education as well as training of elite equine athletes needing more sophistication in their respective area of competition. Students of all levels are put through his system in which “rider feel” is emphasized throughout a blend of traditional and modern frameworks of dressage and jumping. Justin's students accrue the skills necessary to understand the importance of a foundation in classical equitation and kinesiology in every aid that is used. Horses trained by Justin are developed as well rounded athletes with an emphasis put toward sustaining a happy positive attitude for ultimate success. Justin welcomes new students, training projects and investments.

Paladin Ridge is owned and operated by Marta Kacperek.  Marta is a lifelong passionate horse lover.  She started riding at the age of 8, and quickly fell in love with the sport. Over time she owned her own horses and became involved in managing farms from lesson barns to full service “A” circuit facilities.  Marta has a Bachelors of Science in Honours Animal Biology from the University of Guelph as well as an Equine Science Diploma with Distinction through the University of Guelph; she is always striving to further educate herself in new advances in the Equine Science Industry.  Marta uses her strong foundation in science to help achieve the best results from all of the equine athletes under her care.  Her organization and management skills ensure that the operation runs smoothly.  Marta strives to make Paladin Ridge not only a top level training and showing facility but also a place where everyone can enjoy their horse in a supportive and compassionate environment.
