All obstacles and courses designed to challenge all skill levels.
This is real life gaming, and you are the avatar. You will use coins, tokens and time for all around points during courses and finals. This truly puts you in gaming control of your experience of being an Eco-Ninja.
Ages 10+

*BEGINNER*
Levels 1-5

Beginner level Eco-Ninjas will learn the fundamentals to eclectic training methods. All being incorporated into the first 5 levels of obstacle courses.
Levels 1-3 will be set for people of all skill levels (i.e. "never done anything fitness related", to "I know what a push up is", to "I can do a push up", to "sure, let's give this a try".) These levels will challenge you as a beginner, while remaining fun and feasible to complete, or warm you up as an intermediate/advanced.

Levels 4-5 will be set for people of all skill levels who have completed levels 1-3. In these levels (4-5) you will be required to perform 1 challenge from the intermediate levels, as well as beat your top and previous personal best from each level 4 and 5 obstacle courses. Level 5 will be set as final exam. Must be able to know and complete any of the obstacles in any sequence set by instructors. Must complete course twice; Once for ability to complete, second for ability to complete and beat your previous time, plus course minimum for passing grade. $10 final exam and challenge fee.

*INTERMEDIATE*
Levels 1-5

Intermediate level Eco-Ninjas will perform beginner level obstacles with a certain level of comfort and fluidity. You will use the training methods learned, plus new methods to perform and overcome intermediate to advanced level obstacles.
Level 1 will be set for those who have successfully passed all beginner levels, and moving comfortably. Focus will be on stability, fluidity through obstacles and introduction to new training/obstacles.
Levels 2-4 will be learning and training new methods to overcome new obstacles throughout the courses. Each of these levels will include 2-6 different obstacles, each getting progressively harder. Each of these levels will have a time trial.
Level 5 will be set as the final exam. Must be able to know and complete any of the obstacles in any sequence set by instructors. Must complete course twice; once for ability to complete, second for ability to complete and beat your previous time, plus course minimum for passing grade. $10 final exam and challenge fee

*ADVANCED*
Levels 1-5

Advanced level Eco-Ninjas will perform intermediate level obstacles with a certain level of comfort and fluidity. New an harder obstacles will be trained for and learned.
Level 1 will be set for those who have successfully passed all beginner and intermediate levels. Focus will be on stability and fluidity through obstacles, with introduction to new training/obstacles. Must pass random sequence of obstacles within certain time.
