For those of you who have never experienced a Gathering. There is only one seating, so there is no rush. Come, relax, and enjoy your evening out. Meet some new people or reacquaint yourselves with some others. It is meant to satisfy that need for social interaction in a safe, friendly, setting. Reservations are required as there is a maximum seating of 16, and we recommend that you come at 6:30 to meet the other diners and share a cup of punch. Then, after the ice is broken, everyone moves into the dining room where the first course is served around 7:00 pm. If you have any food sensitivities or dietary concerns, please let us know in advance so that we can make your dining experience a pleasurable one. UPCOMING DINNERS & EVENTS SATURDAY FEBRUARY 6TH BRAISED LEG OF LAMB This will be a four course meal starting off with a bowl of home-made soup, followed by a crisp green salad and then the most wonderful, melt in your mouth, succulent leg of lamb. It will be served atop a bed of rosemary polenta with a side of seasonal vegetables. Sparkling, non-alcoholic Apple Must will be served with the meal, and coffee & tea will be served with a variety of deserts. The cost for this meal is $ 40 + HST Come at 6:30 and share a cup of punch with the other diners. The first course will be served around 7:00 pm. SATURDAY FEBRUARY 27TH ROASTED PRIME RIB OF WATER BUFFALO This will be a 4 course meal starting with a bowl of home-made soup, followed by salad and the main event: Roasted Prime Rib of Water Buffalo (this meat is hormone & antibiotic free). We plan to serve it like a roast beef dinner with the accompanying Yorkshire Puddings & roasted vegetables. Non-alcoholic apple will be served with the meal, and coffee & tea will accompany a variety of deserts to chase away your winter doldrums. The cost for this meal is $ 50.00 per person + HST Come at 6:30 and share in a cup of punch. The first course will be served around 7:00 PM Make sure you reserve early, and let us know if you have any food allergies or sensitivities. For the many gluten intolerant patrons, we have perfected gluten free dinner rolls & Yorkshire puddings. PRIVATE PARTIES: Our private dining room holds 14-16 people conference style at two large tables. There are lots of menus to choose from. Prime Rib, Braised Lamb, and Chicken & Ribs being three of the favourites. Seasonal favourites are Turkey & Ham. These are usually 4 course meals starting with soup, salad, the main course and a selection of deserts. Steven’s mile high Lasagna with noodles made from scratch is another favourite 3 course meal, but the sky is the limit on what menu suits your purposes. Steve is a wizard in the kitchen, and he’ll make you anything. There is a minimum charge for 12 people for a private booking which can be a Luncheon or Dinner, but the party must be booked in advance. The cost will be negotiated at that time.
