How do you enhance the taste of mushrooms? Adding salt, like the canned soup companies do, isn’t the answer. Tova puts a delicious mushroom soup together with very little salt and lots of flavour from her special broth, and herbs and spices. Stop in today for lunch. You’ll be pleasantly surprised.

Paradise Hill Farm has a local, family owned commercial greenhouse a short distance east of Nanton. They grow the best tomatoes and some very delectable herbs.
