Spring Break starts with no school Friday March 24 and ends with students returning on Monday April 3. Please note our office is closing at 3:30 pm on Thursday March 23.

Thank you to all the parents coming out to support our book fair during parent teacher interviews. Tonight is the last night of PTI. Don't forget that there is no school for students on Friday March 10 due to a PD day. Please remember to Spring Ahead for daylight savings this weekend.

Parent Teacher Interviews are on March 8 from 5-8 pm and March 9 from 4-7 pm. Grade 9 families are encouraged to attend Sturgeon Composite High School's Open House from 7-9 pm.

Today is Pink Shirt day.

This morning a sweet young girl forgot her Valentines cards on the bus. Seeing her crying, a gentlemen brought her to the school office to get help. As a phone call was being made to the bus driver the gentleman left. He returned a few minutes later, after going to the store, with new Valentines and some chocolates for the little girl to give to her friends. What an amazing person. Happy Valentines Day everyone. It's Random Acts of Kindness Week and kindness is contagious. Make it go viral.
