Thursday Night at Fittwell: 5:30pm - 6:30pm: Spin The Essential amino acid Phyenylalanine stimulates the nervous system. It increases epinephrine, nor-epinephrine and dopamine. With these increases, it supports mood and combats stress while also boosting energy and focus.

BOOTCAMP!? IT'S NOT WHAT YOU THINK! It's for beginners AND it's for advanced fitness levels! Monday night Bootcamp has NO Running, NO Partner Exercises, and Minimal Jumping. You work at your own pace; go your own speed. Starting Monday, May 29th at 5:30pm join Certified Fittwell Centre Trainer Candice for a 5 Week Session of - Intro. To Strength Training Bootcamp. Spend 40 minutes going through supersets of basic functional strength training exercises with modifications for those with limited physical abilities or recovering injuries. Included in any Fittwell Membership OR visitors try out your first class FREE!
