Bonjour et bienvenue,
Nés au Maroc, mes parents nous ont élevé selon les traditions et les coutumes de leur enfance.
Je ne pourrai jamais oublier la joie qui nous transportait à l’idée d’un repas chez notre grand-mère.
Je me souviens de sa porte toujours ouverte, de sa table toujours prête à nous accueillir, mais aussi et surtout de ce mélange de saveurs et de plaisirs gustatifs qui nous attendaient.
Aujourd’hui, c’est avec humilité que je rêve de transmettre ces saveurs marocaines, cette ambiance chaleureuse et familiale.
La cuisine d’Izza est née du désir de partager nos traditions culinaires et notre convivialité.
Du mellah de Fés au jardin de Majorelle, des plages d’Anfa à Casablanca aux portes du désert de Ouarzazate, laissez-moi vous entrainer dans le tourbillon des parfums de ma jeunesse. Du safran, du cumin, de la fleur d’oranger, et de la coriandre, de la douceur du miel et du jus des oranges mûries au soleil, je vous invite a découvrir les trésors de la cuisine marocaine.
Comme chez ma grand-mère Izza, on est toujours le bienvenue dans notre cuisine, quelque soit l’heure, quelque soit le jour.
