Hi all, we have official news that our building has been sold to a developer who has no immediate plans for the site, but plans to preserve the heritage integrity of the building. Their first step is to help the NDG Food Depot find a new home, and then they plan to consult with the city to see what they can do with the property. There is an article in The Gazette today about the Trinity site, with some quotes from the developer.
