Great end of season for Juli Menard-Tetrault and Yuhan Menard-Tetrault finishing with a 5th and an 8th in the medium and large poney hunter stake class at the Royal Winter Fair. This was both of their first times competing at the Royal with their poneys. Very proud of what they have accomplished!

South Shore Farm has a trailer leaving the Toronto area tomorrow afternoon heading to Montreal. If anyone needs a horse shipped we have room! PM

A huge Congratulations to South Shore Farm and Sage Equestrian's Clivia and Bianca Lafontaine for following up their Reserve Champion win in the Canadian 6 year old Championships with another Reserve Champion finish this time in the Eastern American Young Horse Championships in Princeton, New Jersey this weekend. Well deserved congratulations also goes out to Baleno, owned by Giulia Maestri Laurence, for finishing Champion of the 3' Hunters, Celodie (BMM International) for two top 12 finishes in the 1m30 and 1m35, and Boris 218 for solid performances moving up to the 1m45. As the summer season draws to a close, we would like to say thank you to our amazing groom Loriann Poulin-Marleau for all her hard work and effort, we couldn't have done it without you! Congratulations to the whole South Shore Farm team for their success this summer.

Congratulation to all our riders this past week at the International Bromont II! Coralie Roy & Z'Elegance in the 0.90m Jr/Am Jumpers placed 7th and finished the week with a 2nd in the Mini Prix In the 1m Jr/Am Jumpers Marie-Claude Boucher rode Obrigado to a 4th and 5th and Vintage to a 3rd place finish. Laura Thuin and Theordore, and Emilie Faubert with both Berovantto and Aprioso did the 1m10 Jr/Am and Emilie places 6th and 8th respectively. Emilie and Berovantto also finished 3rd in the CET Medal. In the 1m20 Jr/Am we were well represented by Emy Houle Marcoux & Wisteria Blue, Melanie Bourque & Rubi who received an 5th and Jade Lalonde & Coeur de Caramel with an 8th. Camille Lamoureaux & Cassona finished Reserve Champion of the Open 1m25 Jumpers with a 2nd and 4th place. Bianca Lafontaine and Clivia finished 5th in the 6 year old Jumpers. In the Baby Green Hunters Flora de Lys finished 2nd, 2nd, 4th, 4th, and 7th for the Reserve Champion. Medium Pony Champion was awarded to First Date & Juli Menard Tetrault with their 1st, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 3rd place ribbons, as well as receiving a 1st in the C Equitation. Sweet Dreams & Yuhan Menard Tetrault finished 1st, 1st, 2nd, and 4th to also win the Large Pony Championship. They placed 1st and 3rd in the B Equitation and 1st in the Pony Medal. Bianca rode Dulce de Leche owned by Stephanie Poupart to a 7th in the Baby Green Hunters. Congratulations to Edith Leblond and Caspian in the 1m15 Open Jumpers, and Cardenio de Lys who made his showing debut in the Baby Green Hunters. Excellent results for the South Shore team over both weeks of Bromont - we are proud of all of you. Now for some well deserved rest for our horses, riders and staff!
