So this is the Yemeni lamb Mandi dish from Al Monasabah in Mississauga. I'm shocked at how good it is, it rivals the Mandi I've had in the Middle East. It is slightly different from the traditional version - this one has nuts, raisins, potatoes, and fried onions. The lamb is so soft that you can pull it apart with a spoon. All together, it makes for a dish that is worth driving out of your way for.
