Loretta has consistently placed in the top-five sales representatives in Canada for Royal LePage throughout her career. She is an industry leader in Mississauga and Oakville, having sold several of the most distinguished homes and properties in these areas. In addition, Loretta’s team has been #1 in Mississauga for Royal LePage for the past 19 years. This achievement is particularly notable given that Royal LePage employs over 15,000 sales representatives from coast to coast. Loretta and her team serve Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington and surrounding areas.

For Loretta, real estate is a passion as well as a serious profession. Her philosophy is to put her clients first, and it shows. Loretta recognizes that her clients' houses are a home for their families as well as their single biggest investment. Her unsurpassed knowledge of the market allows her to accurately assess each home that she sells, ensuring her clients get their expected return on investment.

She facilitates the rapid and efficient sale of her clients' homes through comprehensive and professional marketing campaigns that include city- and province-wide media purchases. She remains personally involved and takes the time to help buyers identify key features of their ideal home. She is a tireless researcher and advocate for the buyer, making sure that the purchase of a home is informed and professional from start to finish.

Loretta currently lives on Lake Ontario in southeast Oakville with her husband, Ron. They have four adult children and six grandchildren. Their eldest daughter, Kimberly Phinney, joined the real estate team  in 2003. Her son, Michael Phinney, joined the team in 2012.
