We have a brand new shiny piece of equipment in the gym today! The Inspire Fitness M5 Gym has replaced one of the original pieces of equipment purchased when the gym opened it's doors in 1998! What other pieces of equipment would you like to see at the Minnedosa Fitness Centre?

Memberships are no longer available at Sharon's Insurance. Please visit the rec office (next to the gym) to buy or renew your fitness centre membership.

**Important note for all members** Please be considerate of others when listening to music in the gym. The businesses on either side of the new space can clearly hear the music at times - this means you have the volume too loud. Please also note that vulgar and/or offensive lyrics are not appreciated by all members - use your discretion when selecting music if others are working out when you are there. We are working to have the stero speakers equalized on both sides of the gym and also to have a radio added to the system. Thank-you for your understanding & cooperatoin.
