We are open tomorrow 8:30 and 9:30 classes - no excuses!!! 💪

For the month of April, we are doing an Easter egg contest!!!! Every time you come in to work out starting April 2nd, you get to choose one egg from our basket of eggs. Many of the eggs are empty, BUT there are prizes in many of those eggs! Cash prizes, tank tops, water bottles, towels and...A trip for 2 to Mexico! Once you select your egg, open it up to see what you have won. If empty, the egg goes back in. If it’s a winner…you get your prize! It is that easy and it is win win - workout and get a chance to win a prize - each and every time!!! Good luck and no excuses!!

Day 21 of 30 day challenge - down to 6 minutes - who is still crushing it?? Remember if you miss a day, no worries, just pick it up again as you get 1 point per day completed and no one is perfect!! Getting it done with no excuses!! Let us know how you are doing :)
