A hockey weekend in Merritt, British Columbia played by members of Canadian and US Law Enforcement agencies in order to raise money for children's charity. This event is a children's charity fundraiser benefit. Our goal is to raise as much profit as possible in order for it to be divided equally among our applicable Children's Charities.

This event will consist of a 16 team hockey tournament, played over Fri Feb 28th, Sat Mar 1 and Sun Mar 2, 2014. The tournament will be played in Merritt, BC, Canada at two local facilities.

Upon conclusion of play on Friday, a dinner style banquet and dance will take place at the local civic building. Banquet will consist of a meal (included in team entry fee), a dance and a silent auction that will feature amazing donated prizes. There will also be a 50/50 draw and door prizes. The event will be licensed with liquor being sold by ticketed price. There will be guest speakers present (yet to be finalized).

At the conclusion of play on Saturday, players are invited to attend a BC Junior Hockey League game between the hometown Merritt Centennials and the visiting Vernon Vipers.
(Tickets will be included in Team Registration fee)

Tournament prizes are still being determined. The goal of this event is to raise as much money as possible for children.

Rules and regulations will be posted as to requirements that must be met in order to play in the tournament. (Competitive and Rec pools will have different rules.)

This tournament is open to badge carrying law enforcement agencies across Canada and the US.

Both facilities will be open to the Public which we encourage to attend and support. Donations will be accepted at the door and online upon account set up.
