The Western Steakhouse is located in the Western Star Hotel, Melita, Manitoba. We have recently welcomed a new Chef & Management to our team! Chef Dustin has over 20 years of extensive experience, including working in resorts in British Columbia. His specialties are Italian cuisine & seafood – as you can tell immediately when you taste his dishes! Chef Dusty and his wife, Sonia, both started with the Western Steakhouse in January 2017. With Sonia’s 15+ years of bartending experience & mixology license, we couldn’t be happier to have a great pair managing our Restaurant & Lounge!
