So I started my Infant Sleep Educator program this week. This is a 6 week course and at the end of it I will be able to help families with sleep issues. Today I have been attempting to watch the hour long video since 9:00am. You can see in the picture how far I am into it at 11:00am. This is what my life looks like on days when it is just my daughter and I home together. Lots of breaks to have snacks.
