Dr. Viljakainen graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1988 and has completed continuing education courses in the fields of Rehabilitation (CMCC), Functional Neurology, minor Traumatic Brain injury and Movement Disorders (Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies).
Our practice is focused on spinal function and related neural function rehabilitation, performance enhancement and health maintenance.

Anyone else have some 'aging muscles'? Looks like the best bang for your bucks worth of effort on a cellular level is ... intervals. Try to include balance, resistance and coordinated movements inputs too. Be nice, go for mind body harmonic cooperation in your workouts, skip the mind as Captain Bligh scenarios.

"We want to raise the issue that, despite great advances in a pharmaceutical approach, relying solely on this approach is going to come at a dear price of people's lives." The way to curb the problem, Howard says, is to prevent hypertension in the first place. There are a number of proven approaches to prevent or greatly delay the development of hypertension including: 1) taking part in moderate physical activity, 2) keeping weight in normal rages, 3) reducing salt intake, and 4) eating a diet rich in fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products and reduced in saturated and total fat.
This will explain a lot for people who have had a concussion (brain injury or degenerative process too), see 20/20 but still have vision trouble. Note the wide swaths of brain used to process the what/where of what we see and eye activities to see the world better. Brain function supporting a better life is sooooo interesting and now more and more adaptable/trainable.
