WELCOME DR. LILY SOUCY to our TMz veterinary team!!! Originally from Québec, Dr. Lily Soucy grew up in a bilingual family in the suburbs of Gatineau. She completed her undergraduate degree in Wildlife Biology at McGill University in Montréal before moving to Grenada, West Indies in order to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a veterinarian. She spent 3 years living in Grenada and studying veterinary medicine at St. George’s University. When not in class she devoted the majority of her time to community outreach initiatives, helping families to improve their animals’ health and wellbeing. Following her time in Grenada, Dr. Soucy spent her clinical year at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the United States. She completed her DVM degree in January 2017. Dr. Soucy is passionate about mixed animal medicine and enjoys the challenges that come with working with a wide variety of species. In addition to cats, dogs and your large animals she has a particular love for exotic companion animal medicine and looks forward to meeting your pocket pets, birds, reptiles and amphibians! On her free time Dr. Soucy enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband Alex and their four crazy mutts Gordon-Goose, Ada, BB-Shugs and Roobert. She is also lucky enough to share her home with two mischievous cats Gypsie and Maggy and one boisterous cockatiel, Roger. She is very excited to join the TM’z team and looks forward to working with you and your furry friends!
