At any given time, 20% of Canadians are struggling with some form of mental illness. That's a huge number so it doesn't make sense that we don't talk about it more openly and share our stories. My wife, Natalie Olson, suffered from many years of anxiety and depression. She lives a joyful life now that's full of hope and she wants to share her story of walking out of mental illness into the light of life. If you're suffering or supporting someone going through mental illness, check out this event she and friends are hosting this weekend. It will be well worth your time. ~Jared
