SMASH Class Wednesday, May 31st 12:15-12:45pm Open to any current Fitness Centre members. Max 8 participants FREE!!!! Come to the gym during your lunch break for this quick, yet effective, workout! The 30-minute workout combines interval training, upper & lower body strength exercises & core work. All of the exercises will be performed in the gym area using the cardio and weight machines. Workout will be completed under the supervision of a QPEC fitness trainer. Get a total body workout and still have time to enjoy your lunch.

National Health & Fitness Day is Saturday, June 3rd. We are celebrating by offering a FREE Family Fun Fitness Challenge. Sign-up in teams of 6 maximum. Event is geared toward families with school aged children and are all meant to be FUN!! Deadline to register is Thursday, June 1st and we require a minimum of 4 teams.
