Kim-Du Trinh a commencé ses études dans les arts martiaux à l’âge de 12 ans et obtient sa ceinture noire en karaté à 16 ans. Elle a plus de 30 ans d’expérience dans divers arts martiaux.
Elle devient Championne Nord-Américaine en Karaté en 1987, Championne Canadienne en Taekwondo en 1989 et Vice-Championne du Monde en Savate (kickboxing français) en 2000 et 2004. En 2008, elle a été diagnostiquée avec la sclérose en plaques. C’est durant cette période difficile de sa vie qu’elle a découvert le grand pouvoir du Chi (énergie vitale) pour la guérison. Elle se guérit de cette maladie en 2010.
Voilà pourquoi aujourd’hui elle concentre son entrainement et son Ortho-enseignement aux aspects thérapeutique des arts martiaux à travers le Tai Chi, Qigong et la méditation. Aider les autres à découvrir leur potentiel d’auto guérison est devenu sa passion.
En 2015 elle est intronise au Temple de la Renommée des Ceintures Noires du Canada.

Kim-Du Trinh began her studies in the martial arts at the age of 12 years old and obtained her black belt in karate at the age of 16. She has over 30 years of experience in various martial arts.
She was the North American Karate Champion in 1987, Canadian Taekwondo Champion in 1989, and Vice-Champion of the World in Savate (french kickboxing) in 2000 and 2004. In 2008, Kim-Du was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. It is during this difficult period of her life that she discovered the great power of Chi (vital energy) for healing. She self-healed from this illness in 2010.
That is why today she focuses her training and therapeutic aspects Ortho-teaching of martial arts through Tai Chi, Qigong, and meditation. Helping others to discover their potential for self-healing became her passion.
In 2015, she was inducted into the Canadian Black Belt Hall of Fame.
