We prepare high quality food from scratch using classical cooking techniques with an emphasis on local, artisanal, and sustainably-sourced ingredients.
We keep our "chalkboard style" menu small to be able to cook with the best local ingredients we can find, to maintain freshness and reduce waste. Our menu features some favourite comfort foods, some lesser-known international dishes, and items to accommodate special dietary considerations like dairy-free, low-fat, gluten-free, and vegan. Since we make dishes from scratch, we can accommodate most special dietary needs.
