Alpine Weddings and Events is owned and operated by Heather Jane Johsnon, a registered Bridal Consultant and experienced Event Planner.
Heather Jane has been involved in Event & Wedding Planning in the Kimberley/Cranbrook area since 2009 when she started working as the Events Coordinator for Kimberley Alpine Resort. Heather Jane has since branched out on her own with her main focus being on Wedding Planning.
Heather Jane received her College Diploma in Food Service Management in 2005 from College of the Rockies, and her diploma as a certified wedding planner in 2016. Heather managed the catering at a resort popular for weddings, the experience found Heather Jane her niche, which led her to the postiton as Event Coordinator a Resort in Kimberley. In 2013 Heather Jane will be opening her doors to her new office in Kimberley on November 1, 2016. The wedding consignment and store portion of the business will open May 2017.
Alpine Weddings and Events is now booking for Weddings in 2017 and 2018.

I have decided that I will be closing the retail portion of the business permanently in order to focus purely on planning as I have been unable to find a suitable location for the shop. I will be setting up appointments for consignee’s to pick up any inventory that is still with me. Most inventory has already been picked up or sent back, but a few are still in stock and in storage.
