Congratulations to Ross MacPherson, winner of this years Black Hat Award for his work with our Fish Friends program. Ross has put a substantial amount of time and effort into managing and expanding this program. Thank you very much Ross for everything you have done and continue to do to ensure that kids in the participating schools are able to see their trout hatch and grow and then get to release them into local streams and brooks.
