I tried a little experiment to see if the USANA Biomega worked. As not only does it provides the Omegas that the body needs, my body showed that it was utilizing the product very well. Shiny hair! Combined with the vitamins the Biomega gave me hair that is soft, silly and shiny. Even my hairdresser made the comment Biomega or Optimega inmy experiment I tried one then the other. Optimega is in liquid form and derived from nut oils whereas Biomega is the fish oil. (No fishy taste)
