Kateri Tekakwitha School offers a wide variety of programs and services to students of the community such as French, Mohawk Language and Culture, Physical Education, Music as well as extra curricular activities in sports, arts and academics. Additional Resource Services are provided to students who require remediation and enrichment.

Attention Parents: Pre-registration sheets for returning students are due tomorrow. Sheets were sent home the first week of February. To ensure enrollment for next year this deadline must be respected. For another copy of the sheet please stop by the Kateri office or simply write a response in your child's agenda.

Congratulations to our two Ball Hockey teams who participated in last nights Winter Carnival Ball Hockey Tournament. Kateri Team 1 took the top spot! Way to go guys, your hard work at practice is paying off. Next stop FNEC Games!

Next Wednesday, February 10th will be the annual Winter Carnival Day. Students are to arrive at Kateri School for their regular time and will be bused to the Sports Complex for the day's activities. They will be bused home as usual at the end of the day. PLEASE NOTE: The KYC will be CLOSED for afternoon activities on this day. Students will need their helmet, skates and a brown bag lunch. Soup and hot chocolate will be provided to accompany their lunch. School uniform is not required on this day, however proper winter attire is a must! For any further questions please call the Kahnawake Youth Center at 450-632-6601. Have fun and enjoy!
