To try and earn money to offset food costs, we are available for renting. This is a large and very welcoming space. Please message or email us for more information!
The Food Centre still relies heavily (and gratefully) on volunteers. Please read below to find out how to become involved or make a donation.

Today's Tiituqatigiikta discussion is regarding ED&T applications for artists, ie: carvers, painters, musicians.... At 1pm to 4pm. Tea, coffee and goodies for all.
The Inclusion Cafe is but one of the programs provided by the Qajuqturvik Society. It provides gainful employment to those facing barriers to work. The Inclusion Cafe's clients are 76% Inuit and 60% have gone on to work with other employers in the community. This is a program we are very proud of. Have a peak to learn more!
For the month of March we will be hosting a series of talks organized by the GN Department of Family Services. Anyone is welcome to attend. Tea, coffee and baked goods will be available.
Starting tomorrow, March 1st, the Iqaluit Food Centre will stay open after lunch from 1pm to 4pm, as a coffee shop. Please come by for tea, coffee and baked goods. There will be a theme for each day of March, courtesy of the Family Services Department of the Government of Nunavut. Tomorrow is Bannock Making and a Crunch Food Awareness Talk regarding the National Food Breakfast Program. Everyone invited.
