We’ve been asked a lot lately and so we feel it’s time for an update. They say a picture is worth a thousand words and I think this picture shows how close we are to being back up and running. We can’t give a definite date but the approximate goal by contractors is mid to late March. Crossing our fingers it’s sooner! The good news is that we’ve been cooking up a storm and testing out new items. We have 10+ new menu items to launch on Phase 3 of our menu and we have made some changes to current menu items as well. Update: Work has begun at Happy Jack’s but there’s a long road ahead. We are making the most of this time to brainstorm new ideas and efficiencies, grow and develop as a team, spend more quality time with our families and get ready for Phase 3 of our menu. Our plan is to re-open better than ever and ready to “wow” our amazing community. Because when life gives you lemons, you make a kick-ass lemonade! It is with heavy hearts that we share this post. Unfortunately there was a flood at the restaurant and it has caused significant damage. We will be closed until further notice. A special thank you to all those who have already offered to help in so many ways. We cannot express our gratitude. For the holidays we will be closed on December 24th - 26th and December 31st - January 8th. We are using this extra time off to get some finishing touches completed and to make sure our staff get a well deserved break and time off with their loved ones. Thank you for your understanding. And, the winner of our Colouring Contest is Sarah Brienen, age 8! Great job Sarah! It was very difficult to choose a winner and because all children did such a fantastic job, we would like to offer all participants a free kids meal for their next visit.
