The District of Houston is looking for qualified Contractors to provide construction services for the repair and construction of new sidewalks as set out in this Tender. The Tender has two components: construction of new sidewalk in the downtown core and the repair or replacement of broken or removed sidewalk as a result of other construction undertaken in the past year. The location of all work will be set out in the scope of the project. Interested Contractors are asked to submit completed the tender documents and a proposed work schedule as part of the tender package. All Contractors interested in submitting tenders must submit their completed tender packages by 2:00pm, (local time) on May 19, 2017. Tenders received after this date will not be accepted, and will be returned to the sender.
