Hay River Suites is a locally run business, located along the Mackenzie Highway in Hay River, NWT.  With lots of sightseeing, awesome sandy beaches, beautiful falls, nature trails, boat rides, fishing and much much more, we are sure you'll enjoy your stay! We rent our FULLY furnished, brand new suites out on daily, weekly, monthly (month by month) and yearly basis. Please see below for info on our suites:

One bedroom with Queen Bed, desk & chair, TV and receiver and internet (upstairs AND downstairs living room).  Single daybed in living room, furnished kitchenette, (long term units have a dishwashers) desk & chair also, table and two chairs, washroom with tub. Outside plug in, with 1 parking stall per unit.  Rates include all utilities plus  internet and satellite TV and snow removal, weekly cleaning and change of linens and towels, on-site guest coin laundry.

Our new one bedroom fully furnished suites for rent include: satellite TV, high speed WIFI, heat, water and power, and air conditioner.
