Would you like to learn how Conflict can be productive? Discover how you handle conflict. Do you quiver at conflict or welcome it? By using the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI®) in this workshop, you will assess and an individual’s behaviour in conflict situations. We will examine 5 primary conflict-handling styles that affect personal and group dynamics. You will assess common conflict situations and recognize different conflict modes used. You will develop an action plan to manage conflict productively. Turn conflict into an opportunity to develop better personal and professional relationships, improve team performance and productivity. Whether you're a parent, grandparent, family member, or child-care provider, it's important that you have the skills necessary to perform CPR on the child or infant in your care in the event of an emergency. In our Infant & Child CPR course, you will learn the lifesaving techniques to keep blood and oxygen flowing when the heart stops beating or there is an airway obstruction.
