Non-Profit Community Art Gallery serving Grimsby and the Niagara Area since 1975 The Grimsby Public Art Gallery is located within the new Library and Art Gallery complex located on Carnegie Lane (formerly Victoria Avenue). The Gallery was established in 1975, as a non-profit organization which operates for the benefit and enrichment of the public. Our immediate audience is the Town of Grimsby and surrounding centres in the Region of Niagara.
