Registration is open for Grade 6, 7 and 8 Summer Learning Program! Don't hesitate, spots will go quickly! Registration is now available for students in current grades 6,7,8 to register for the Intermediate Summer Learning Program 2018. The program will run from July 3, 2018 to July 20, 2018 at Princess Anne Public School. Please note that registration does not guarantee placement. All students must receive a recommendation from their school Principal to attend the program. Recommendations will be based on student need for literacy and/or numeracy remediation. Opportunities for transportation will be discussed with families upon confirmation of registration. There are a limited number of spaces available in the program. Parents will be informed if their child has been placed in the program by May 7, 2018. Registration will remain open until April 30, 2018. Many of our Grade 6 and 7 students have recently finished their peer mediation training through the Elizabeth Fry Society. The objectives of this program include the promotion of empathy and building a safe school community. Peer mediators are trained in mediation, assessment of individual needs and conflict resolution. We are very proud of our student leaders!
