Oooo I like this approach.
Twisting can be a cautionary tale for some but for others it is sheer joy and relief. Touted as being beneficial for digestion and helpful for wringing out stress (which often go hand in hand). When effectively and mindfully included in our yoga practice and our lives twist leave us with a feeling of release. We can twist in many standing poses, several seated poses, arm balances and lying on our backs but have you ever tried a prone twist?!
