The busy season is upon us, we have been getting bookings for graduation parties, weddings, Jack & Jill showers and are ecstatic with the response to the catering menu. If there is something you would like but don’t see, feel free to ask and we will accommodate as much as we can. It’s always good to give 48 hours notice for any orders so nobody will be disappointed but call us anyway at 902-304-5956 to check availability for those nights when you just don’t feel like cooking.

Reflecting on the day and this past weekend, I can’t help but smile from ear to ear. I started this company in 2014, bottling and selling the buffalo sauce I have been making for 20 years and it took off with great success. The past couple years have had its ups and downs but your support has kept me going and this year I branched out to expand to a private catering service. I am having the time of my life and interacting with new customers and hearing their feedback keeps me striving to be innovative and satisfy your needs. I even stepped out of my comfort zone and gave up some creative control to bring Derick Morrison on board to help with marketing. I mean let’s face it, he really could sell ice to an Eskimo. Thank you for making my dream a reality, exciting things to come for Steak ‘N’ Bake.

Well the long weekend kickoff to summer is here. Don’t forget to stock up on your favourite BBQ, Steak, and Buffalo sauces from Steak ‘N’ Bake so you don’t run out during dinner. I will be off the grid Sunday and Monday so if you need anything this weekend, tomorrow prior to 3pm is your last chance. Enjoy the long weekend and be safe!

Mini Egg Fudge was meant to be a soft launch to Steak ‘N’ Bake’s catering venture and y’all made that an astounding success and we are very grateful to you for that as it became bigger that we ever dreamed.
