Our store is officially closed for the season. If anyone is still wanting potatoes, carrots, squash, zucchini, cabbage, beets or pumpkins, just give us call at 835-4459. We still have produce going to the GP farmers market and the Rycroft market until the end of the month. FACT: the first tulip beds in the Capital were planted in 1945, when the Netherlands sent 100,000 tulip bulbs as a postwar gift of gratitude for the role that Canadian soldiers had played in the liberation of the Netherlands. How many of you planted tulip bulbs this fall and if you did, what colours did you choose?! The Canada 150 red and white is the official tulip for this coming spring! Thank you all for your continued support this season. We look forward to seeing you all again next year!
