South Huron Fitness is a welcoming 24-hour gym facility that has been serving Exeter since 2005. As of November 2016 Heather Blok and Aaron Bedard are the proud new owners of the gym, and with this, the facility is in the process of being newly renovated and updated. South Huron Fitness provides a friendly and positive environment where everyone can feel comfortable regardless of their fitness level.

The main gym area consists of 4000 square feet and offers cardio equipment including treadmills, ellipticals, rowing machine, spin bikes and recumbent bikes. There is a free weight area with squat racks, smith machine, bench press, weight benches, cable gym, leg press and various leg, arm and ab stationary machines. Functional equipment offered includes BOSU balls, stability balls, medicine balls, kettle bells, hurdles, skipping ropes, aerobic steps, foam rollers, resistance bands and battle rope.

South Huron Fitness has the unique benefit of offering very flexible membership options.  We do not charge initiation fees and we offer memberships on a monthly basis or longer depending on your needs. We look forward to providing fitness classes in the year 2017, more information to follow.

It is a process of self-discovery, a participatory investigation in which you observe your own experiences while participating in them as they occur.
