Tomorrow is the first day of April!!!! We've made a few changes this month!! Comforting candlelight restorative has now been changed to sweet slumber, recharge lunch flow is now from 12-1pm and soulful yin and mindful meditation will be from 7-8pm. Many of your favs are still there but we decided to experiment a bit with timing and try a new class!! We can't wait to see you in April!!!!

You'll be linking breath and movement while getting your body flowing through a series of sequences and powerful poses! It is a fun and energetic class that will get you out of your head and coming home to your body (all levels welcome)!

Did you know that we offer FREE childcare on Thursdays at 10am for mommas/daddas to get a chance to yoga kid free!! Our childcare room is right beside our main studio room and a fun spot for littles to hang out and have their own play date while you get a little time to focus on yourself!! We have spaces available. Send us a message to register in advance as space is limited for kiddos. If you don't have a kiddo and this time suits you, you are welcome to join as long as you don't mind hearing the odd child giggle!! Drop ins $13 tax included-cash only
