Capital City offers several different programs for athletes of all ages and abilities. Capital City Gymnastics Centre is dedicated to providing safe, high quality gymnastics in a state of the art facility. We encourage fun, physical fitness, family involvement and community spirit. Individuals of all ages and abilities are encouraged to develop in a positive respectful environment. We offer two equally important and interdependent programs - competitive and recreational.

Hello women's competitive parents! The buses have left University of Calgary at 5:15pm and the approximate time of arrival at CCGC is 7:45pm. Please make sure you sign out with your child's chaperone.

Hello Members, We are looking for some Kids to help us out with a coaches training clinic. Here is the info: Saturday Dec 10th, 4:00-5:00 pm we need approx. five 5-6 year old athletes that are beginners. and from 5:00-6:00 pm we need approx five 6+ year olds with intermediate recreational abilities (Bronze, Purple, Blue).
