Description
At the Sheila Parkins Academy of Dance & Music, our mission is to produce versatile, well trained performers and to instill the love and joy of dance and music in all our students! Our dance school offers recreational and competitive classes in all disciplines: classical ballet, jazz, contemporary, tap, hip hop and breakdance.
Our music school offers private and group lessons in piano, guitar, voice and pre school music.

What a team we are!! Final results are in....Ultimate Platinum for Elite contemporary, Junior jazz, Acro duet & "synchronized award ", SeniorJazz & "fierce award "and Platinum for our acro group! Overalls in each category: Acro - 3rd place Jailhouse rock -1st place Jet set -1st place Junior small group Ain't nothing wrong-3rd place Small group senior Trapped-1st place Highest scoring group from our studio...."Keep moving forward" Scholarship won by Azeb Martel-Wilson And....we came in 4th place for Top Studio!!! Congratulations to all the dancers and teachers. Miss Wendy, Miss Abigail, Miss Nina, Miss Meghan, Miss Elise, Miss Allycia and Miss Malina, your hard work and dedication to your students shows in their amazing achievements!!

Platinum and Ultimate Platinum is everywhere today!! Special congratulations to our Senior and Elite soloists, many of whom placed 1st in their categories and received special awards! Our final winners from last night!! Congratulations to our Senior/Elite dancers on their Platinum solos and Ultimate Platinum for Elite tap! Special mention to Christi Barogiannis for receiving the Broadway Bound award! Our Intermediate soloists also received Platinums and a special mention to Madinah Shaheen for her Personality Plus award. And last but not least congratulations to Junior Ballet for placing 1st in their category with Platinum!!
